sometimes, it takes more than just time, the days and nights to make things right. life does continue after once upon a fucked-up time. never back down and never assume that one person would stay around forever. xx

Great hat! Nice look!

Love that first photo. What you wrote is so true. Not everyone stays around forever, I'm learning to release my trust slowly. Hope everything is well with you!

Amen, sista! People come and go; sometimes we're just a pit stop for them. That's why we need to love ourselves first.

If their chapter in your life story doesn't end, how will you prepare for the next brand new and more exciting chapter? People come and people go, they never stays as they are just characters in your story. I now learn to treasure their company as much as possible because no one knows when they will suddenly leave you behind.

ReplyDeleteWhy you should date a guy that folds origami
ReplyDeleteIt's easy to date a guy that folds origami. Date other guys, and be lost what to get them on each and every occassion. They are always longing for the nicest clothes, the most elaborate watch, or the fanciest cars. It's this chase that will keep you pushing yourself beyond exhaustion. A guy that folds will always be happy to recieve something as simple as folding paper. The other guys will see a piece of paper for it's limited practical purposes. A surface for you to write on? A covering for a unsightly box? A guy
that folds will see that same piece of paper as a canvas without boundaries, with endless potential. It can grow to become anything he can envision, only limited by his creativity. To them this simple piece of paper can become something so intricate as a flower, an animal, an airplane that can soar beyond the boundaries of the mundane. A piece of paper may seem flat, with only a top and bottom side to the other guys. To them, the world is always black or white, right and wrong. A life so simple they fail to ever question past the obvious. On the other hand, a guy that folds understands that just as a folded piece of paper can sport many facets and sides, there's always a different way to look at the world. Depending on the perspective you view it from, life has it's many angles and complexities just as a piece of paper can be folded into difference shapes to fit his needs. A guy that folds origami understands that to accomplish something, it requires the will to learn, the patience to understand, and the determination to see things thru to the end. He knows nothing can be accomplished in the blink of an eye. He is not one to give up halfway, and will pour his heart and soul into his work. He knows that everything needs to be taken one step at a time, with each simple crease, and each small fold, he will patiently turn this piece of paper to something that is ultimately beautiful and something that he will treasure. Please, please, don't date the other guys, the ones who will throw away that piece of paper when they consider it no longer of use, the ones who will treat it as garbage, the ones who can never see past the superficial. Instead, consider the guy that folds origami, especially if it's from wonton wrappers into cranes. =)
Giant sweater + all black everything (else). Love it. And great words to live by - the strongest relationship you should have is with yourself. Wishing you all the best!
